I help women (with or without my story) RECLAIM the parts of themselves they have lost, shut down or felt were too much. In addition, I specialize in teaching the skills to thrive after betrayal or divorce, no matter your circumstances with your partner.

WOMEN READY TO RISE WITHIN GROUP
This group is for women ready to reclaim the parts of themselves that feel lost, not enough or too much. We focus on growth through mindfulness, creating more joy, movement, boundaries, shame resilience, sensuality, & inner child healing. We do not share our stories in this larger group, as it is NOT betryal or divorce focused. As a group we grow together.
WOMEN DIVORCEE GROUP
The #1 goal of joining this group is for your own healing through self accountability. The #2 goal is to find support & connection with others who are walking through this season with you without judgement. We meet as a video chat through ZOOM & you pay every 4 weeks for as long as you want to stay. Majority of my clients stay with me anywhere from 6-24 months & 90% of my clients are also working with a trauma informed licensed therapist for reprocessing trauma therapy.
This group is for those who are stepping into divorce, divorced, dating or getting remarried. No stories are the same & they don't need to be to find validation, love, acceptance & growth. As a group we grow together.
THE ONCE BETRAYED GROUP
The #1 goal of joining this group is for your own healing through self accountability. The #2 goal is to find support & connection with others who are walking through this season with you without judgement. You will meet on a video chat through ZOOM & pay every 4 weeks for as long as you’d like to stay (price depends on which group leader you choose). Majority of my clients stay with me anywhere from 6-24 months & 90% of them are working with a trauma informed licensed therapist.
This group is for women choosing to find healing after betrayal, who are married, repairing, separated, divorcing, divorced, dating or getting remarried. No stories are the same & they don't need to be to find validation, love, acceptance & growth. As a group we grow together. Having women who can understand without judgment or telling you what to do is part of the healing process!
