What to Expect:

Groups are led by Ashlynn or coaches that have been personally mentored (over 1 year) & hand selected by Ashlynn

4-5 gals per group
60-75 minute weekly zoom video conferencing call
Focus on developing recovery skills & vulnerability in a group setting, not curriculum based.
Check in format used
Group feedback & insights welcome…yup that means cross talk
Group text thread to check in each night & reach out when needed

Billing is once every 4 weeks, stay as long as you want
Ashlynn’s groups are $275 every 4 weeks & her coaches are $200 every 4 weeks (note this in your options below)
