Rage Fest:
an experiential movement event where women can come together in a safe space to express and release their rage, their grief, their betrayal and loss that hasn’t had access to be felt or seen before.
Rage Fest is an embodied movement experience built around Holy Rage; our practice of exploring intensity, power, anger, force, and expression through the body.
